Girls Elite Positional / ID Camp

This camp has evolved into our premier recruiting event. Our Elite Camp will be invite only this year and will include a deep dive into training, culture, systems, tactics, and include various opportunities to take tours and meet with current players and staff.  In this camp we also guarantee a 1:10 coach to camper ratio.  We look forward to potentially seeing you soon!

Offer/Registration Process: We will be sending out emails with a specific code that you can use to register for camp.  This code is unique to you and cannot be shared.  Just click on the link in the email, enter the code, and complete the registration process.

Invite Process: We wish any and all could sign up but we have only a few courts for this event.  We will start by sending an invite to athletes that we are actively recruiting in the 2026 through 2029 classes. We will then extend offers to Midwestern club players and teams in the 2026-2029 classes.  If you would like to proactively get your name out there for consideration, simply fill out this I WANT TO ATTEND ELITE CAMP FORM.  Filling out the form does not guarantee that you will be invited but does let us know that you are interested in doing so.

WHAT REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• RESIDENT CAMPER: Includes Meals, Camp Gift, Camp Awards & Air-Conditioned lodging
• COMMUTER CAMP: Includes Meals, Camp Gift & Camp Awards

LOCATION: All sports camps will be on the scenic Oshkosh campus, on the Fox River near beautiful Lake Winnebago. Campers will be housed near Albee Hall and Kolf Sports Center. Oshkosh is 50 miles from Green Bay, 90 miles from Milwaukee, 80 miles from Madison, and 160 miles from Chicago. Directions to Kolf Sports Center.

WHAT TO BRING: All participants should bring both workout garments and casual wear in order to participate in a variety of activities. Please bring your own volleyball shoes, kneepads, towels, alarm clock, soap, and other toiletries. Swimming may be available, so please bring a swimsuit. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and blankets.

HOUSING & MEALS: You and another participant will share a room in one of our residence halls. Each room has two beds, desks, shelves, dressers, and closets. The residence hall is within one block of the sports complexes and cafeteria.

For meals, you’ll choose from a wide variety of food and beverages. Meals are served all-you-can-eat cafeteria style. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the camp fees for both residents and commuters.

VOLLEYBALL CAMP STORE: The camp store will be open throughout the camp. Volleyball apparel will be available for sale, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, hats, sweatpants, and spandex.

CAMP SCHEDULE: The last session of camp will consist entirely of tournament play. Parents are more than welcome to come to camp to watch their child play and attend the awards ceremony.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Your fee for the camps includes the cost of tuition, food, and a camp gift. Air-conditioned housing is also included if you are a resident. The resident hall, cafeteria, and sports complexes are all within one block, and camp staff stays in the dorm to not only get to know you, but also to ensure that you are safe.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Your fee, less a $50 nonrefundable deposit, will be refunded without question if you cancel your enrollment two weeks prior to the first day of camp.  Any time after this point, refunds will be made for medical reasons only.  Requests for refunds must be in writing and accompanied by a signed excuse from a physician.  Requests for refunds must be made within two weeks of the conclusion of the camp.

OVERNIGHT CAMPER PROTECTION INSURANCE:
YES - File your claim through Allianz Global Assistance. If you receive a full or partial refund, Oshkosh Volleyball Camps will not refund any additional monies. If your claim was denied you may be eligible for a full or partial refund directly through Oshkosh Volleyball Camps. Contact Oshkosh Volleyball Camps. You will need proof of your claim denial.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCAA RULES, OSHKOSH CAMPS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL THAT WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, BUT MAY LIMIT ATTENDANCE BASED ON SEVERAL FACTORS, SUCH AS AGE, NUMBER AND GRADE LEVEL. HOWEVER, CAMP ATTENDANCE AT OSHKOSH (INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AT ELITE OR TEAM CAMPS) IS NEVER RESTRICTED BY A CAMPER'S SKILL LEVEL OR COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE.
